I’ve always had a desire to create and make things, and in 2009, I started building. With over 12 years’ experience working in the building industry, I’ve built plenty of new homes throughout New Zealand. Together, my team and I have a vast experience building new custom homes.
It inspires me to work with local families and help turn their dreams into reality. I love building bespoke homes for local families; it’s incredibly rewarding!

The AJP Residential 4-STEP PROCESS
1. Preliminary Estimate
We meet and discuss your ideas. We'll visit your site and look for any potential issues.
You'll get:A preliminary estimate to give you a general idea of costs.
2. Design & Feasibility
$3k - $5k to pay designer and surveyor
We organise a detailed survey of your land, and draw up your house plans. This allows our quantity surveyors to give you a very accurate price.
3. Consents
Cost included in build
Once we agree and both sign the contract, we’ll take care of all your consents and applications.
Progress updates and information from your project manager
4. Construction
Independent Certified contract
Your friendly project manager will keep you updated throughout the entire build process, and you’re welcome to visit the site at any time.
